Materials Request

The librarians are on hand to help you find materials to fit your needs. Complete the following form with as much detail as possible. A librarian will email a confirmation when your request has been processed. Please allow at least 2 business days to process all requests.

Number of items fulfilled will depend on availability of titles at the Montrose Main Branch Library and will include no more than 5 to 7 items per topic.  Request limit is 20 items.

All Materials Requests can be picked up in the Marguerite H. Gill Children’s Room. After completing the form below, click SUBMIT and continue to the next screen to fully process your request.
